Financial Report:
TNPPA is currently operating in sound financial status. Financial information is available upon request to any current member of TNPPA by contacting the Treasurer. TNPPA conducts business on a standard calendar year.
Board Meetings:
Board meetings are held at least four times during our fiscal year.
Any association member in good standing may attend an online or in-person board meeting. Please contact the TNPPA Secretary for scheduling and agenda information. If you wish to address the board during a meeting, please contact the secretary to note the agenda.
Anyone wishing to receive copies of past board meeting minutes may do so by contacting the current Secretary. Contact information may be found on the About page.
Membership Dues:
All membership dues are renewable on Jan. 1st of the current year and are considered past due on Feb. 1st. A late fee of $25 may be assessed on past-due memberships.
Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors is comprised of member volunteers who do not receive any compensation for their time or service to the association. Any member wishing to pursue a board appointment may reach out to any board member for more information regarding board appointments or committee membership/chair positions.
Comments or concerns about organization operations and policies may be addressed with any board member.
